• Understand customer requirements, specifications, and project scope

• Liaise with procurement and production to gather pricing and timelines
• Prepare clear and competitive quotations with terms and profitability standards
• Format and present quotes professionally with necessary terms and conditions
• Collaborate with sales to align pricing with market expectations and profitability
• Support in setting up price lists and pricing reviews
• Assist in negotiation processes when needed
• Generate regular reports on inquiry conversion, quotation turnaround, and pricing trends

• Support in setting up price lists and periodic pricing reviews.
• Assist in negotiation processes when needed.
• Generate regular reports on inquiry conversion rates, quotation turnaround time, and pricing trends.
