Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced corporate trainer to train freshers in India and the US in recruitment processes, communication skills, corporate etiquette, and end-to-end recruitment workflows.

Design and deliver structured training programs, train candidates on sourcing, Boolean search, resume screening, engagement, and interview coordination; conduct mock calls, role-plays, assessments, and track performance. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, psychology, education, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a corporate trainer, recruitment trainer, HR trainer, or L&D specialist.
• Experience in US IT staffing, US recruitment, or India recruitment is preferred.
