Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking a Corporate Trainer to train freshers in India and the US on recruitment processes, communication, etiquette, and end-to-end workflows. The role is based in Whitefield, Bengaluru, with timings from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST and a Monday–Friday work week.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of corporate training or HR training experience, plus strong English communication and facilitation skills. Immediate joining is preferred and the role is full-time/permanent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, psychology, education, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a corporate trainer, recruitment trainer, HR trainer, or L&D specialist.
• Experience in US IT staffing, US recruitment, or India recruitment is preferred.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to work from the Whitefield office from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured training programs for freshers.
• Train candidates on sourcing, Boolean search, resume screening, candidate engagement, and interview coordination.
• Conduct mock calls, role-plays, practical assessments, and recruitment simulations.
• Provide training on professional communication, email etiquette, and workplace behavior.
• Conduct trainee assessments, track performance, and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for onboarding and deployment.
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessment scores, and MIS reports.
• Continuously improve training modules based on trainee performance.
