Muthoot Finance in Delhi is seeking a Corporate Trainer to deliver Sales, Product and Process training and to support rollout with stakeholders. You will develop dashboards and Excel-based tools to monitor programs and coordinate with multiple departments to identify learning needs and ensure effective rollouts.

Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel are essential as you provide post-training support on reporting accuracy, automation and data usage while maintaining

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2-4 years of experience as a corporate trainer.
• Proficient communication and strong MS Excel skills.

• Conduct Sales, Product & Process Training at regular intervals.
• Support in the execution of training programs in coordination with stakeholders.
