Job summary

Rane Group is seeking a seasoned Safety Professional to drive corporate safety programs in Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on reducing incidents, creating safety awareness among employees, trainees, and contract workers, and promoting a standardized safety culture across manufacturing sites.

Ideal candidates have extensive EHS knowledge, a Diploma in Industrial Safety with engineering background, and experience in automotive environments to ensure regulatory compliance and customer-driven safety

Qualifications

• 12-16 years of experience in corporate safety or related field (automotive industry preferred).
• Top preference for profiles handled by 3+ Factory safety officers.
• Strong understanding of EHS, pollution control, legal aspects and EHS management principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Zero Accidents and promote safety awareness among employees, trainees and contract workers.
• Promote safety culture and standardized safety practices across units.
• Ensure adherence to all customer requirements related to HSE and legal compliance.
