Job summary

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 47 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Business Development, or Healthcare Marketing.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Meet corporate clients regularly to build and maintain strong business relationships.
• Identify and onboard new corporate organizations through tie-ups and strategic partnerships.
• Manage engagement activities with existing corporate clients to ensure high satisfaction and long-term association.
• Present and showcase the hospital's specialties, services, health packages, and clinical excellence to corporate organizations.
• Plan and conduct corporate health talks, wellness camps, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of corporate services.
• Achieve monthly and annual business development and revenue targets.
• Maintain a database of corporate clients and prepare regular sales and activity reports.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
