Job summary

Health Bloom Wellness Clinics in Bengaluru is seeking a Corporate Marketing & Insurance Partnerships Manager to drive growth through strategic marketing initiatives, corporate healthcare partnerships, insurance empanelments, and referral network development.

You will build long-term relationships with corporate clients and healthcare stakeholders, promote wellness programs, and identify new business opportunities while ensuring brand visibility and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage corporate accounts, insurance companies, TPAs, and institutional partnerships to drive business growth.
• Establish and maintain relationships with HR teams, corporate decision-makers, insurance providers, and healthcare benefit managers.
• Negotiate and execute corporate healthcare agreements, wellness programs, annual health check-up packages, and insurance empanelment contracts.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, credentialing, and renewal processes for insurance and corporate partnerships.
• Develop customized healthcare solutions and wellness initiatives for corporate clients and institutional partners.
• Monitor utilization, revenue performance, and service delivery for corporate and insurance accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, insurance companies, and TPAs to address operational and service-related requirements.
• Identify new partnership opportunities with employers, industry associations, educational institutions, and government organizations.
• Conduct presentations, business meetings, and networking activities to expand the organization's corporate reach.
• Collaborate with operations, clinical, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate and insurance services.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, insurance industry developments, and emerging partnership opportunities.
• Prepare periodic reports on partnership performance, revenue generation, account growth, and business development activities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service-level agreements (SLAs), and organizational policies.
