Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close.
• Prepare financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Manage General Ledger and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Review contracts and oversee recurring revenue accounting.
• Strengthen internal controls and support audits.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP enhancements.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Operations, Sales, and Leadership teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.

Are you an experienced accounting professional with a passion for financial excellence, process improvement, and team leadership? We’re looking for an Accounting Manager to join our growing finance team and play a key role in driving accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Location & Work Mode

• Location: Porvorim, Goa and Hi-Tec City, Hyderabad
• Work Mode: Work From Office - 6:30 pm to 3:30 am
• Experience: 10+ Years
• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CA Preferred)

Budget: upto 22 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close
• Prepare financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Manage General Ledger and revenue recognition (ASC 606)
• Review contracts and oversee recurring revenue accounting
• Strengthen internal controls and support audits

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 2+ years of team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP & Revenue Recognition (ASC 606)
• Experience in Professional Services, Managed Services, Consulting, Technology Services, or SaaS environments
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
