Job summary

Glide Brands, owner of belif and The Face Shop India, is seeking a Copywriter for Brand & Social. You’ll own copy across Instagram, Meta ads, websites, emails, WhatsApp and retail launches, translating skincare claims into premium consumer stories.

If you write concise, memorable copy, understand social-first storytelling, and can manage campaigns with deadlines, you’ll help shape the brand’s voice and drive performance across India.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of copywriting experience in beauty, skincare, fashion, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
• Strong English writing skills and great attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify complex product claims into engaging, benefit-led messaging.

• Write sharp, high-performing hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds.
• Develop concepts, headlines, taglines, scripts and campaign messaging.
• Write both brand-building and performance marketing copy.
• Turn skincare science, ingredients and product benefits into compelling consumer stories.
• Collaborate closely with designers, content creators, performance marketers and brand managers.
• Ensure every word feels premium, intentional and on-brand.
• Stay on top of beauty trends, internet culture and global content to inspire fresh ideas.

We're looking for someone who

• Has 2-5 years of experience in copywriting for beauty, skincare, fashion, lifestyle, luxury or premium consumer brands.
• Understands social-first storytelling and performance marketing.
• Writes concise, memorable copy without relying on clichés.
• Has exceptional English writing skills and a strong eye for detail.
• Understands consumer psychology and what makes people stop scrolling.
