Role Overview

We’re looking for a Copywriter who understands that good copy is not just clever – it’s clear, intentional, and aligned with the brand. This role will be responsible for crafting persuasive, on‑brand copy across campaigns, performance marketing, CRM, and marketplace touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Copy & Messaging

• Develop clear, consistent, and engaging brand copy across all marketing channels.
• Maintain and adapt SkinBae’s tone of voice across formats and platforms.
• Translate brand positioning, campaign ideas, and product USPs into effective copy.
• Provide copy inputs for brand storytelling and campaign narratives.

2. Campaign & Performance Copywriting

• Write copy for digital campaigns, sales and launch communication, website banners and landing pages.
• Write high‑converting copy for performance marketing across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and other paid platforms.
• Craft compelling headlines, hooks, CTAs, and body copy optimised for conversions.

3. CRM & Lifecycle Communication (In-House Ownership)

• Write copy for email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp communication.
• Support lifecycle communication including launch announcements, sale and promotional messaging, retention and repeat purchase communication.
• Ensure CRM communication is concise, engaging, and aligned with campaign goals.

4. Marketplace & Website Copy

• Write and optimise copy for marketplace banners and campaign creatives, website promotional banners, and product highlight messaging.
• Ensure messaging is platform‑appropriate while maintaining brand consistency.

5. Collaboration & Quality Control

• Work closely with designers, content writers, and marketing teams.
• Review and refine copy based on feedback and performance insights.
• Ensure final output meets brand, campaign, and conversion objectives.
