Job summary

ProLegion in Maharashtra, India is seeking a skilled translation project coordinator to manage task allocation, translator coordination, and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, review deliverables for quality and documentation, and ensure compliance with authentication guidelines for attestation and apostille cases.

This role offers an on-site opportunity in Thane with exposure to ISO standards and ongoing reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assign translation tasks to the right translators based on language skills and project requirements.
• Coordinate between clients and translators, resolve issues, and ensure smooth communication.
• Track project timelines, follow up on deadlines, and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Review deliverables to ensure quality standards and accurate documentation.
• Arrange document dispatch, source new translators, and maintain ISO compliance.
• Ensure compliance with MEA, HRD, Embassy, and State authentication guidelines for attestation and apostille cases.
• Provide timely case updates, maintain records, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
