Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a strategic, high-impact leader to anchor three business units within a large healthcare group in Hyderabad, India. The role demands deep P&L discipline, transformative operations, and broad stakeholder engagement at board level.

You will drive digital transformation, align growth with quality objectives, and lead cross-functional teams across multi-site operations, reporting directly to senior leadership while shaping the platform's strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Tier-1 MBA with 15-25 years of experience in business leadership, operations and P&L management.
• Proven track record of leading large multi-site consumer-facing or healthcare businesses and profitable growth.
• Strong expertise in operations, business transformation, expansion and scaling distributed networks.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage board-level interactions and lead cross-functional teams.
• Commercially astute leader with a customer-first mindset, strong execution capability and digital innovation experience.

Responsibilities

• Anchor all three Business Units and ensure alignment with growth and quality objectives.
• Full P&L ownership of the BUs.
• Oversee medical and clinical governance, ensuring compliance with company protocols.
• Seamlessly connect services like discharge summaries, health check-ups and community events with a focus on operational excellence.
