Working Days :- 6 Days working with 1 day Weekoff
Work Timings :- 8 am - 9 pm ( 9 hours rotational shift )

What You’ll Do
- As an Operations Specialist, you will:
- Work closely with clinical operations to ensure seamless collaboration between coaches, doctors, and customers
- Coordinate daily activities to support smooth operations across teams
- Assist in managing customer journeys and resolving operational bottlenecks
- Track process adherence and share timely updates with stakeholders
- Support internal documentation, reporting, and workflow improvements
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
- Hands-on experience with clinical operations and customer lifecycle
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration between coaches, doctors & customers
