You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and project controls teams to monitor costs and close out accounts.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in contract administration and billing.
• Review and administer contracts, work orders, purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
• Prepare and evaluate claims, variation orders, rate analysis and contractual correspondence.
• Track contract value, committed cost, actual expenditure and forecast costs.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and internal project teams regarding commercial matters.

We are hiring an experienced Contracts & Billing Engineer for reputed engineering consultancy and project management organization

Key Requirements:

• Manage contract administration and commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Review and administer contracts, work orders, purchase orders and subcontract agreements.

• Review contractor/subcontractor running bills (RA Bills), invoices and payment applications.

• Verify quantities, measurements, rates and supporting documents before certification of bills.

• Coordinate with engineering, construction, planning, procurement and project controls teams for progress measurement and billing.

• Monitor contractual milestones, deliverables, payment terms and commercial obligations.

• Review and evaluate variation orders, extra items, deviations and change orders.

• Prepare and evaluate claims, counterclaims, rate analysis and contractual correspondence.

• Track contract value, committed cost, actual expenditure and forecast costs.

• Identify commercial risks, contractual deviations and potential cost impacts.

• Assist in preparation of monthly commercial/project reports covering billing, payments, variations and claims.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and internal project teams regarding commercial and contractual matters.

• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of contract records, measurement sheets, bills, approvals and correspondence.

• Support resolution of contractual disputes and commercial issues.

• Monitor contractor performance against contractual scope, schedule and commercial requirements.

• Ensure billing and contract administration activities comply with approved procedures, contract conditions and project requirements.
