Shankeshwar Group in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra, seeks an experienced Contracts, Billing and Estimation Engineer to lead project estimation, quantity surveying, billing, cost control and contract management for real estate and commercial construction projects.

You will prepare detailed estimates, review drawings and tender documents, manage contractor bills, RA bills and payment certificates, and coordinate with project and accounts teams to ensure cost efficiency and timely billing.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, and billing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and relevant estimation software.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, BOQ, rate analysis, and material reconciliation.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and rate analysis for construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to calculate material and labour requirements.
• Prepare and verify contractor bills, RA bills, and final bills.
• Handle client billing, subcontractor billing, and payment certification.
• Coordinate with project, site, purchase, and accounts teams for billing and cost control.
• Monitor project expenses, budgets, and variations to ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare tender documents, quotations, comparative statements, and work orders.
• Verify quantities at the site and reconcile actual work executed against BOQ.
• Manage contract documentation, amendments, and extra-item claims.
• Ensure timely submission of bills and maintain accurate billing records.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and ensure compliance with project specifications.
