Crisil in Mumbai is seeking a hands-on Contract Survey Programmer for the VoC research team. You will execute pre-planned survey designs and build online questionnaires in Confirmit/Forsta, focusing on precise technical execution rather than architectural decisions.

You will script surveys, apply JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery, run standard QA tests, and work with project teams to meet tight timelines while adhering to established templates and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Market Research, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in market research survey programming.
• Must have: Strong proficiency in Confirmit/Forsta.
• Must have: Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery.
• Proven ability to execute complex scripting logic from clear instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Program questionnaires using Confirmit/Forsta following pre-defined specs for skip patterns and quotas.
• Apply JS, jQuery, HTML and CSS to maintain survey layouts and UI.
• Run standard quality control tests, report issues, and apply fixes to maintain data integrity.
• Work with project and sector teams to deliver scripted surveys according to briefs and timelines.
• Follow established workflows and templates to support efficient survey deployment.

Role and Responsibilities- Contract Survey Programmer, VoC Research

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Contract Survey Programmer to join our VoC research team on a contract basis. You will execute pre-planned survey designs and build online questionnaires in Confirmit/Forsta. Your core focus is accurate technical execution and scripting support, following established guidelines rather than making high-level architectural decisions

Principal Responsibilities

• Survey Scripting & Development: Program questionnaires using Confirmit/Forsta by following pre-defined specifications for skip patterns, conditional logic, randomization, and quotas.


• Technical Implementation & UX: Apply provided JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS code to maintain survey layouts and user interfaces.


• Data Management & Quality Assurance: Run standard quality control tests, report technical issues to project leads, and apply approved fixes to maintain data integrity.


• Collaboration & Communication: Work with project and sector teams to deliver scripted surveys according to exact project briefs and timelines.


• Process Improvement: Follow established team workflows and apply standard templates to support efficient survey deployment.
