Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking an Analytics and Modeling Analyst to deliver medium to high complexity online survey programs. You will own end-to-end execution on Forsta HX (Confirmit) and Qualtrics XM, collaborating with global stakeholders and mentoring junior teammates.

You will read the research intent behind survey requirements, flag bias, and translate data into clean, reportable outputs while maintaining quality and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent.
• Proficiency with online survey tools (Forsta/Confirmit and Qualtrics XM).
• Strong programming: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, jQuery.
• VBA scripting and Power Apps/Power BI/Python skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end online survey programs on Forsta HX and Qualtrics XM.
• Own project execution from brief to handoff; coordinate with global stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and translate research intent into code.
• Read questionnaire meaning, flag bias, sampling or flow issues before coding.
• Communicate options to clients, manage changes mid-program and deliver outputs.

What would you do?

This role is part of the Survey Solutions and Insights team. The Analyst is a senior individual contributor for the Global Listening — Custom Survey group, responsible for delivering medium to high complexity online survey programs end-to-end on Forsta HX (formerly Confirmit) and / or Qualtrics XM. The Analyst works directly with global stakeholders, owns project execution from brief to handoff, mentors junior team members, and is expected to read research intent behind survey requirements — flagging bias, sampling, or flow issues before coding starts. The role demands strong attention to detail, programming depth, and the ability to translate captured data into clean, reportable outputs.

What are we looking for?

• 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
• Degree in IT/Computer Application or equivalent
• Proficiency in Forsta HX (formerly Confirmit) — Authoring, Reportal or Studio — and / or Qualtrics XM.
• JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, jQuery
• Proficiency in using MS Office.
• VBA scripting / Power Apps / Power BI / Python
• Communication (Written & Oral) excellence – English language.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders globally.
• Ability to understand complex real world business problems, often in ambiguous scenario, and transform into workable solutions.
• Client communication and stakeholder management — able to lead requirement discussions, manage change requests mid-program, and walk clients through programming and design choices
• Understanding of survey research intent — able to read a questionnaire and recognize what the data is trying to measure, before writing code
• Familiarity with Agile principles; Agile certification is a plus
• Basics of Project Management Roles and Responsibilities:
• End to End execution of Online Survey, Reporting and related activities, using various online survey tools (Forsta (Confirmit), Qualtrics).
• Work / Execute on assigned projects - deliver as per client requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and Quality Parameters.
• End to End Accountability of work / projects assigned.
• Execute medium to high complexity projects independently.
• Liaison with stakeholders for required inputs to enable execution of defined project.
• Guide fellow team members in projects and assist in development of expertise in the team.
• Self-learner and organized. Understand and learn tools and processes required to deliver projects.
• Look at ways to improve efficiency of processes and challenge the status-quo.
• Apply data validation and cleansing routines on captured survey data; ensure quality before handoff to analysts and clients
