Job summary

Responsibilities

We are seeking a hands-on Contract Implementation Specialist to configure mapping frameworks and apply established data taxonomy rules within our internal applications. In this role, you will also provide critical technical support by troubleshooting level 1 system issues and resolving discrepancies in existing data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Mapping Execution: Apply established data taxonomy rules and configure mapping frameworks within internal application.
• Technical Support & Maintenance: Provide hands-on troubleshooting for level 1 system issues and apply fixes for existing data pipelines.
• Product Deployment & Reporting: Build and configure data deliverables and automated reports using Python/VBA, SQL, and QlikView/NPrinting based on established requirements.
• Implementation & UAT: Execute testing scripts, record UAT feedback, and implement pre-approved fixes to finalize new data product rollouts.
• Process Automation: Build, test, and deploy automation scripts and tools designed by the team to streamline internal workflows.

Required Experience & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant quantitative field.
• Experience: Hands-on background in technical implementation, reporting development, or system configuration.
• Technical Proficiencies: Strong SQL skills, proficient in Python or Excel VBA, and experience with reporting tools (e.g., QlikView, NPrinting).
• Execution Skills: Strong focus on task completion, detail-oriented testing, and building repeatable technical processes.
