Job description

This role is responsible for program, QA and launch quantitative online surveys across global market‑research projects using platforms such as Dimension. You will translate questionnaires into accurate, device‑friendly survey builds, implement complex logic/quotas, troubleshoot integrations (panels, APIs), and support data exports and delivery to analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Program online and mobile surveys from detailed questionnaires and specifications; manage multiple languages and translations
• Implement complex skip logic, branching, piping, randomized blocks, quotas and soft/hard quota management
• Build and test sample/frame integrations, redirects, and panel/API calls (including URL parameters, tokens, tracking)
• Run thorough QA: device and browser testing, edge‑case scenarios, data validation, and post‑launch fixes
• Produce clear change logs, documentation and handoffs for project managers and data processing teams
• Support scripting/customization using JavaScript/HTML/CSS/XML within survey platforms for bespoke question types, timers, and client‑requested behavior
• Optimize survey performance and UX (load times, mobile layout, progress flows); advise on questionnaire feasibility and survey design best practices

• Proven QA discipline: test plans, bug tracking, regression testing, cross‑browser/device testing
• Good communication able to interpret questionnaire specs, liaise with PMs, translators and analysts, and document builds clearly
• Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines across multiple concurrent projects
