Introduction:

The Field Manager enables successful delivery of projects using sampling methodologies specific to Toluna. In this role, the Field Manager starts data collection post a thorough understanding of client needs, project specifications & milestones. The role involves optimizing cost with & usage of supply in an efficient manner. Key Performance indicators will be gross margin & client satisfaction.

Your Profile:

Total Experience Required: 4+ years in survey programming.

Mandatory Skill: Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience in Confirmit.

Other Tools:

• Confirmit – Strong proficiency (primary skill)
• No Decipher requirement
• QC skills preferred but not mandatory
