Job summary

Vertiv is seeking Lean transformation leadership to partner with the local VOS manager, deploying the VOS capability framework and driving site certification. The role coaches leaders in lean tools, standard work and visual management while advancing 5S, Kaizen and cross-functional collaboration across the plant.

The position focuses on governance, KPI alignment and sustaining progress through team coaching and enterprise-level change initiatives on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the local VOS manager to develop and deploy VOS capability framework to achieve site certification
• Facilitate CI project, workshops, kaizen events, and structured problem-solving to drive measurable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and experience.
• Drive 5S & Kaizen program across the plant
• Coach function and business leaders on Lean tools, maturity assessments, standard work, visual management, and process design.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration through swimlane mapping, value stream diagnostics, and best-practice sharing across departments.
• Develop and support governance mechanisms, including VOS maturity tracking, KPI alignment, and leadership engagement routines.
• Model a culture of ownership and empowerment by helping teams internalize Lean mindsets and behaviors that sustain progress over time.
• Support deployment across both cultural and tactical dimensions — from team-level coaching to enterprise system-level change.
• Shop floor engagement on sustainability of operating system
