Job summary

Pravaayu Healthcare in Mumbai is seeking a proactive content and communications specialist to shape our brand voice across digital channels. You will own content strategy, create compelling written content and engaging visuals, and coordinate across teams to ensure consistent messaging.

You will lead social media and WhatsApp marketing efforts, nurture patient leads, and support teleconsultation initiatives with clear, empathetic communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Experience in teleconsulting, telemarketing, or related customer engagement roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and patient-focused approach.
• Proficiency in using phone systems and CRM software.
• Strong problem-solving and persuasion skills.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Conversant in Hindi, English, Marathi.

Job description

You will be located at Central Office. We will be starting with treating patients suffering from Osteoarthritis. We expect you to be compassionate, emphatic towards patients, explaining them clearly and focussed towards curing them.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand goals and target audience.
2. Content Creation (Creative Maker): Produce high-quality written content, including blog posts, articles, product descriptions, and marketing copy, adhering to brand voice and style guidelines.
3. Visual Content Creation (Video Editing): Create engaging visual content, including graphics, images, videos, and infographics, to accompany written content and enhance brand storytelling.
4. Content Calendar: Manage content calendars, editorial schedules, and production timelines to ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms.
5. Social Media Management: Manage and curate content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
6. Whatsapp Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute whatsapp marketing campaigns, leveraging content to nurture leads and drive conversions.
