The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our content strategy across various platforms, including our website, social media channels, email newsletters, and marketing materials. This role requires excellent writing and design skills, and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand goals and target audience.
• Content Creation: Produce high‑quality written content, including blog posts, articles, product descriptions, and marketing copy, adhering to brand voice and style guidelines.
• Visual Content Creation: Create engaging visual content, including graphics, images, videos, and infographics, to accompany written content and enhance brand storytelling.
• Content Calendar: Manage content calendars, editorial schedules, and production timelines to ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms.
• SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our digital channels.
• Social Media Management: Manage and curate content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• WhatsApp Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns, leveraging content to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor content performance metrics, analyze data insights, and generate regular reports to track KPIs and optimize content strategy accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of proven experience in content creation, preferably within the wellness, health, or Ayurveda industry.
• Strong writing skills with impeccable grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Moz.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, as well as email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
• Creative thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative content ideas and concepts.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast‑paced startup environment.
