Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Copywriting

• Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with client goals and brand identity.
• Write high-converting, punchy, and professional copy for social media, digital ads, and long‑form content.
• Build and maintain strategic content calendars that ensure consistent brand storytelling.

Account Management & Client Success

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing expectations, project timelines, and performance reporting.
• Translate client feedback into actionable creative directives.
• Ensure all deliverables maintain the high standard and aesthetic expected of Netpuppys.

Production & Team Leadership

• Direct Ad Shoots: Take charge of on‑set creative direction, ensuring video and photo assets meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor internal creative team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages high‑quality, on‑brand output.
• Manage project workflows to ensure efficiency and timely delivery across all accounts.
