ReelSaga Innovations Private Limited is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Specialist in Mumbai to grow our entertainment brand across platforms. You will craft engaging posts, reels, and captions, and use AI-powered tools to enhance visuals and copy.

You’ll spot trends, write Hinglish-friendly captions in English and Hindi, manage calendars, and collaborate with brand and marketing teams to maximize reach and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation at a digital agency
• Strong writing skills in English and Hindi, with Hinglish content understanding

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Turn show moments and trends into posts, Reels, Shorts and stories.
• Develop captions, copy, social posts and assets using design tools and AI platforms.
• Stay on top of formats, memes, audio and conversations and adapt for ReelSaga.
• Respond to comments, run polls and interactive posts to build community.
• Collaborate with brand, creative and performance marketing teams on campaigns.
• Monitor views, reach, engagement and follower growth to improve content strategy.

We're looking for a creative and digitally savvy Social Media & Content Specialist to help grow ReelSaga's presence across social platforms. You'll bring our entertainment, stories and characters to life through engaging content, eye-catching creatives and conversations that connect with audiences.

From spotting trends and creating scroll-stopping posts to writing captions and developing visuals using AI-powered tools, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping how audiences discover and engage with ReelSaga.

What You'll Do

• Manage social media: Plan and publish content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content: Turn show moments, trailers, characters and entertainment trends into compelling posts, Reels, Shorts and stories.
• Write and design: Develop captions, copy, social posts and creative assets using design tools and AI-powered platforms.
• Spot trends: Stay on top of trending formats, memes, audio and conversations, and find creative ways to adapt them for ReelSaga.
• Build audience engagement: Respond to comments, run polls and interactive posts, and help build an active community around our content.
• Collaborate with the team: Work with the brand, creative and performance marketing teams to plan campaigns and maximise content reach.
• Track performance: Monitor views, reach, engagement and follower growth to understand what works and improve future content.

What You Need

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation at a digital agency
• A good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and other major social media platforms.
• Strong writing skills in English and Hindi, with a natural understanding of conversational and Hinglish content.
• Basic working knowledge of generative AI tools for creating or enhancing copy, images and social media creatives.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
• A creative mindset, an eye for visual storytelling and an understanding of what makes people stop scrolling.
• A proactive attitude, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating Reels, Shorts or other short-form video content.
• A portfolio of social media posts, campaigns or creatives you've worked on.
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite or social media scheduling tools.
• Experience working with creators, influencers or entertainment-led content.

This is an urgent hiring requirement. Immediate or early joiners are preferred.
