Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager with strong content writing, editing, and design skills to lead our creative and media projects team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing people, overseeing the production of marketing collaterals (flyers, brochures, etc.), and integrating 21st Century Skills into our educational travel and learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of writers and designers.
• Conceptualize, write, edit, and proofread engaging content for flyers, brochures, social media, and other marketing collaterals.
• Oversee the visual design process to ensure high-quality output aligned with EdTerra’s brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing, operations, and education teams to develop content for media projects.
• Incorporate 21st Century Skills and learning perspectives into our content and communication strategies.
• Plan and execute timelines for creative deliverables.
• Ensure consistency, creativity, and quality across all outputs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content writing, editing, and design (Adobe Suite/Canva or similar).
• Experience managing a team or creative projects.
• Strong understanding of 21st Century Skills and how they apply to educational programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
