You’ll explore AI tools, learn Meta Ads fundamentals, participate in ad shoots, and help optimize campaigns and website pages for better conversions, ROAS, and growth.

About The Role

We’re looking for a creative, curious, and hands‑on Content & Growth Executive who enjoys creating content, writing compelling ad copy, and experimenting with new ideas. This is a generalist role with content creation and writing at its core, offering an opportunity to learn performance marketing, Meta Ads, AI tools, and website growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Copywriting: Write engaging scripts for video ads, create copy for static ads, and develop content for different customer segments.
• Ad Shoots: Participate in and execute ad shoots, including appearing on camera when required.
• Creative Ideation: Research trends, understand customer behaviour, and develop fresh ideas for ads and campaigns.
• AI Tools: Actively explore and use AI tools for content research, scriptwriting, creative development, image generation, and editing.
• Meta Ads & Performance Marketing: Learn how Meta Ads work, understand campaign performance, and contribute ideas to improve ad effectiveness and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Growth & Experimentation: Assist with testing different ad creatives, messaging, website pages, and offers to identify what drives better conversions.
• Customer Insights: Review customer feedback, reviews, and comments to identify content opportunities and improve messaging.

Must-Have Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, social media content, or a related creative role.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and simply.
• A good understanding of what makes content engaging and effective.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in video shoots.
• Curiosity to learn and experiment with AI tools, Meta Ads, and performance marketing.
• A proactive mindset, willingness to experiment, and openness to feedback and revisions.

Good to Have

• Experience writing scripts for video ads or creating performance marketing creatives.
• Hands‑on experience with video shoots, basic editing, or appearing on camera.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Shopify, Google Sheets, or Excel.
