Job summary

Corporate Infotech (CIPL) in New Delhi is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Content Writer with strong expertise in software documentation and SDLC processes to create clear BRDs, FRDs, SRS, and related artifacts.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to gather requirements, translate complex concepts, develop workflows and use cases, and maintain version-controlled documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain high-quality technical documents including BRD, FRD, SRS, and other SDLC artifacts.

• Develop process flows, use cases, and system documentation as required.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, structured, and comprehensive technical documents such as BRDs, FRDs, and other system-related documentation. The candidate should be proactive, capable of working independently, and able to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and maintain high-quality technical documents including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and other SDLC artifacts.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
• Develop process flows, use cases, wireframes, and system documentation as required.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with project scope, business objectives, and organizational standards.
• Maintain version control and ensure timely updates of all technical documents.
• Assist in defining workflows, system functionalities, and user journeys. Review and edit documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
