Job summary

LITLIFE is hiring 2 full-time, in-house Content Creators in Gurgaon. We’re seeking writers and visual storytellers who can turn observations into engaging content across beauty, fashion, music, and internet culture. English and Hindi fluency is essential, with a strong point-of-view and comfortable on camera.

You’ll shoot, edit, and iterate daily to grow LITLIFE from the ground up. You might be creating content professionally or independently; we value curiosity, fast execution, and willingness

Location: Gurgaon

Especially keen to hear from women, queer/LGBTQ+ creators and people with distinctive lived perspectives. You never need to disclose anything personal that you don't want to.

We're looking for people who notice things others miss, have opinions worth hearing and know how to turn an observation into content people actually want to watch.

What you'll do

• Create Reels, memes, POVs, street interviews, BTS, founder-led and product content.
• Write, shoot, edit and experiment.
• Spot interesting cultural shifts before they become tired trends.
• Turn body-care education into genuinely watchable content.
• Work across beauty, fashion, music, movement, people and internet culture.
• Bring ideas every day and help build LITLIFE from the ground up.

What matters to us

• Fluent in English and Hindi. Another language is a plus.
• A strong POV and the ability to articulate it.
• Comfortable on camera and behind it.
• Good taste, curiosity and excellent judgement.
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form content independently.
• Comfortable with feedback, experimentation and fast execution.
• Willing to challenge our ideas when you have a better one.
• Equally capable of saying, "No. This is already excellent. We respect it."
