Job summary

10x Money Realtors is seeking a Content Creator to plan, shoot, and edit engaging photos, reels, and videos that showcase our real estate projects and brand lifestyle.

You will drive concepts from idea to final post, visit project sites and events around Gurugram, collaborate with editors and designers, and help grow our audience with fresh formats while staying true to our brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in content creation for brands, ideally real estate or lifestyle.
• Strong command of camera, lighting, and basic editing tools.
• Solid understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media trends and formats.
• Confident on camera with a friendly presence; strong storytelling.

We need a Content Creator with fresh ideas who knows what works on social platforms. You will plan and produce photos, videos, and stories that show the lifestyle our projects offer and bring more attention to our brand. This role is for someone who sees content everywhere and enjoys turning ordinary moments into something people want to watch and share.

You will be involved in the whole process, from the first idea to the final post. That includes planning concepts, writing simple scripts, shooting at project sites and events, and working with editors and designers to finish the content. You will also keep an eye on trends and audience behavior, so that what we create is relevant, fun, and true to our brand.

We are looking for someone comfortable in front of and behind the camera, unafraid to try new formats, and able to work well within a team and a schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce engaging photos, reels, and videos for our social media channels and website.

• Work with editors and designers to deliver finished content on schedule and in the right formats for every platform.
• Write short scripts, hooks, and captions that make people stop scrolling and want to watch or read more.
• Appear on camera as needed for walkthroughs, interviews, and brand videos, and guide others being filmed.
• Set up lighting, sound, and camera equipment properly, and take good care of all shooting gear.
• Study performance of posts, learn from views, saves, shares, and comments, and use these insights to improve future content.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to create content around new launches, offers, and customer stories.
• Follow brand guidelines and ensure all content is respectful, accurate, and aligned with our values.
• Keep a steady flow of content ideas ready, and stay updated on new features and formats on Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content creation for brands, ideally in real estate, lifestyle, hospitality, or similar industries.
• Strong command of camera, lighting, and basic photo and video editing tools.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media trends, formats, and audience habits.
• Confidence in front of the camera is a plus, along with a natural and friendly presence.
• A portfolio or social media profile that shows your creativity, consistency, and ability to tell stories.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with a team of editors, designers, and marketers.
• Ability to manage time, handle multiple shoots, and deliver content on schedule without compromising on quality.
• A curious, open-minded attitude and willingness to travel to different sites across Gurugram for shoots.
• Respect for people, places, and privacy when shooting, along with a strong sense of responsibility for equipment and locations.
