Job summary

EMP Monitor is seeking a content creator to design and produce engaging video content for our SaaS products. You will turn technical features into simple stories, craft hooks, and script short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and more.

You'll collaborate with marketing and product teams, stay current with trends, and experiment with AI tools to boost reach and engagement across platforms.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Content Creation or Digital Marketing.
• Comfortable facing the camera.
• Strong creativity with original ideas.
• Good communication and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn formats.
• Basic knowledge of shooting, lighting, and audio.
• Basic knowledge of editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva).
• Ability to communicate SaaS benefits simply.
• Proactive and experimental with formats.
• Knowledge of AI-powered content tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging video ideas to promote our SaaS products and software solutions.
• Research current social media trends, viral formats, hooks, and content styles and adapt them for our brand.
• Write simple scripts, hooks, captions, and concepts for short-form videos.
• Shoot and appear in videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Create product-focused content such as feature explainers, demos, tutorials, use cases, tips, problem-solution videos, and customer-focused content.
• Turn technical SaaS features into simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand products and identify new content opportunities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and continuously bring new and unconventional content ideas.
• Assist in editing videos or work closely with video editors to ensure the final content matches the concept.
• Monitor content performance and identify what works best in terms of views, engagement, and audience retention.
• Experiment with AI tools for content research, scripting, video creation, editing, and productivity.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
• Comfortable and confident facing the camera.
• Strong creativity with the ability to generate fresh and original content ideas.
• Good communication and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of video shooting, framing, lighting, and audio.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools is a plus.
• Ability to understand SaaS/software products and communicate their benefits in a simple way.
• Proactive, energetic, and willing to experiment with different content formats.
• Knowledge of AI-powered content creation tools is an added advantage.
