Ojas Softech in India is seeking a dynamic content creator to drive ideation, scripting, shooting, editing and performance tracking across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and more. You will plan end-to-end content, write scripts, and produce reels, carousels and short videos while collaborating with teams to align with brand goals.

Strong editing skills and analytics literacy are essential. Proficiency with Canva and video tools plus a solid grasp of social media trends will help craft engaging

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor industry trends, viral content, and platform updates across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media channels to generate innovative content ideas.
• Plan and execute end-to-end content creation, including ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, publishing, and performance tracking.
• Create engaging visual and video content such as reels, carousels, static posts, short-form videos, and promotional creatives.
• Write compelling scripts, captions, and storytelling-driven content aligned with brand objectives and audience preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business goals and translate them into effective content strategies.
• Analyze content performance metrics, audience behavior, and engagement trends to optimize future content initiatives.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across platforms.
• Experiment with different content formats including educational, informative, trending, humorous, podcast snippets, and thought-leadership content.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Lightroom, VN, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent content creation and editing tools.
• Strong scriptwriting, storytelling, content research, and creative thinking abilities.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Experience in video shooting, editing, and visual content creation.
• Ability to interpret analytics and derive actionable insights from content performance data.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of AI-powered content tools and emerging digital content trends will be an added advantage.
