Knowfinity Academy LLP is seeking a creative Content Creator who can own the full content lifecycle—from concept and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing captivating social media content. You will craft video formats for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and campaigns that resonate with audiences and drive engagement.

You will stay on top of trends, manage a content calendar, and continuously test hooks, captions, and edits to improve performance, leads, and brand awareness

• Portfolio of previously created videos, reels, or advertisements.

About The Role

Knowfinity Academy LLP is looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator who can manage the complete content creation process—from ideation and scriptwriting to video shooting, editing, and producing engaging content for social media and advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, audience engagement, and performance-driven content. You should be capable of independently turning ideas into high-quality videos and creatives that build brand awareness, engage audiences, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Ideation: Research trends and develop creative content ideas for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Scriptwriting: Write engaging scripts, attention-grabbing hooks, ad copies, and calls to action for social media videos and paid advertising campaigns.
• Video Shooting: Independently plan and shoot reels, promotional videos, talking head videos, and other video content.
• Video Editing: Edit videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent software. Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, music, and other visual elements.
• Ad Creatives: Create compelling video advertisements focused on audience engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
• Social Media Content: Develop content for Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Content Planning: Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent, timely delivery of content.
• Trend Research: Stay updated with viral content formats, emerging trends, competitor strategies, and new creative techniques.
• Performance Improvement: Analyze content performance and experiment with different hooks, scripts, and editing styles to improve engagement and results.
• End-to-End Ownership: Handle the complete workflow, from brainstorming and scripting to shooting, editing, revisions, and final delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong creativity, storytelling, and scriptwriting abilities.
• Hands-on experience in video shooting and editing.
• Proficiency in at least one video editing tool.
• Understanding of social media trends, audience retention, and engaging video formats.
• Ability to write scripts for both organic social media content and paid advertisements.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• A portfolio of previously created videos, reels, or advertisements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating performance marketing ads, UGC-style videos, or founder-led content.
• Basic graphic design skills for social media posts and advertising creatives.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools.
• Understanding of marketing objectives, lead generation, and conversion-focused content.
