Job summary

Societe Generale Global Solution Centre in Bengaluru is looking for an Exchange/Mobility Administrator to join our messaging infrastructure team. You will handle on-premises to cloud mailbox migrations, manage Exchange and AD, and support cross-functional infra projects in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong scripting skills (PowerShell, VBScript), experience with Mobility solutions (AirWatch, Intune), and a proactive communication style. Shift flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Very good understanding of Microsoft Exchange and Mobility products like BlackBerry/AirWatch
• Sound knowledge of networking concepts like DHCP, DNS, Wins, Active Directory knowledge is a must.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience on migrations from Exchange on-premises to Exchange Online
• Hands-on experience on support post migration of mailboxes from Exchange on-premises to cloud
• Ability to maintain appropriate level of communication on projects/tasks with peers
• Good business understanding and attention to detail
• Self-management skills & initiative and a proactive way of work
• Ability to promote cooperation and recognition of contributions to collective efforts
• Should be flexible to work in shifts

• Participate in appropriate regional activities / discussions / projects and meetings
• Knowledge of Cisco IronPort would be an added advantage
• Working experience on mobility topics like AirWatch, Workspace One, Intune will have added advantage
• Knowledge of scripting – PowerShell, VB script etc.
• Experience on project handling
• Ironport Skill is an added advantage
