Job summary

Societe Generale Global Solution Centre in Chennai seeks a Network Operations expert to provide SME for LAN/WAN, Firewalls, DNS and Load Balancers. You will mentor engineers, drive incident management, and ensure policy-compliant operations with external service providers.

Ideal candidates hold CCNA, strong security knowledge, and excellent communication skills, with experience handling high-priority GNOC incidents and coordinating automation and new service initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate and CCNA mandatory with knowledge of security.
• Knowledge of appliances will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud/data will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure given business scale.
• Drive high-priority GNOC incidents with experts.
• Report operational health of global connectivity infra and coordinate with external providers.
• Provide technical consultation to internal business partners.
• Prioritize incidents across shifts and manage queues 24x7.
• Be liaison between feature teams and GNOC on initiatives.
• Own and drive department initiatives including automation and new services.
• Assume product ownership within department.
• Drive shift standup calls and governance meetings.
