Job summary

Societe Generale Global Solution Centre in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced .NET professional to design, develop, and test enterprise software. You will work on complex banking applications, collaborating with BAs, auditors, and QA to ensure high quality code.

The role requires 3–6 years of C#, WCF, and WPF experience, strong OO design, and solid SQL skills; familiarity with UML/design patterns and test-driven development is a plus. Join us to contribute to robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in Core Programming and OO design.
• 3 to 6 years experience in C#, WCF & WPF.
• Strong .Net fundamentals and threading concepts.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server/Oracle/Sybase and T-SQL/PL SQL; optimization is a big plus.
• Proficient in UML & Design Patterns for high/low level design.
• Knowledge of Reactive Extensions is a plus.
• Investment Banking experience is a big plus.
• Experience creating and executing unit tests with MbUnit or NUnit.

• The ideal candidate for this position will have a very strong understanding of software development focusing on delivering a software product with high code quality
• Experience in creating enhancing and executing unit tests using test driven approach with MbUnit or NUnit Knowledge of open-source tools, automated testing, Agile methodology
