Job summary

ShareChat is seeking a driven Sales professional to identify and qualify leads, build lasting relationships, and propose targeted social media solutions for Tamil-speaking audiences. You will manage end-to-end conversations, understand client needs, and drive revenue growth across regional markets.

Remote work from India with strong Tamil and English communication, a track record of meeting sales targets, and the ability to work independently under pressure are key.

Who are you?

• Spoken fluency in Tamil language and business proficiency in English
• Ability to make sales calls and achieve sales targets
• Good understanding of regional social media platforms and trends especially in the Astrology & devotion category
• Understanding of ShareChat and our target audience and users is a must.
• Strong ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Discipline and rigor to ensure day-to-day tasks are closed with no lags
• Ability to communicate effectively in and across teams; must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Track record of results-oriented achievements and successful strategy execution
• Detail-oriented organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
