What You’ll Do

Technical Leadership & Architecture

Design and evolve scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems.
Drive architectural decisions aligned with business goals and industry standards.
Solve complex technical challenges with pragmatic solutions.
Lead design/code reviews, performance testing, and advanced debugging.
Explore and prototype emerging technologies to improve architecture.
Own large-scale, cross-functional projects from design to deployment.
Break down complex problems into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery.
Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Mentorship & Coaching

Mentor engineers, fostering technical growth and excellence.
Share best practices and promote a culture of collaboration and learning.

Strategic Impact

Partner with product and engineering leaders to define technical roadmaps.
Recommend and adopt new tools/technologies.
Enhance processes, standards, and system reliability.

Who are you?

8-12 years of experience in backend engineering.
Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale, high-performance systems.
Strong collaboration skills with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, operations, and business teams.
Deep understanding of modern technologies, architectures, and industry best practices, with a keen interest in staying up to date with advancements in the field.
Bachelor's degree (B. Tech. or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions.
Experience in leading or mentoring teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
Experience with webRTC is a plus
