Job summary

Flexing It seeks an experienced Talent Management and Learning & Development professional to lead and implement talent strategies across the client’s organization. The role focuses on building internal talent pipelines, career development frameworks, leadership development, and retention programs across manufacturing and pharma sectors.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with department heads, analyze workforce data, and drive performance-driven culture while promoting inclusion and guiding
