Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant with 5 to 8 years of experience to drive end-to-end implementations and provide ongoing support.

You will configure Employee Central modules, including organization structures, worker data fields, workflows, and business rules, while also handling MDF foundations and time/benefits sub-modules. Collaboration with PMs and IT is essential for data integrity and seamless integrations.

Qualifications

• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Experience with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet customer needs, including org structure, employee data fields, workflows, and business rules.
• Configure sub-modules for Time Management & Benefits.
• Lead or participate in system integration efforts and data exchange with HR systems.
• Conduct system testing including unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
• Document configurations, processes, and user guides for reference.

Job Description:

As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant, below are the responsibilities:

• Minimum 3 End 2 End Implementation and 3 Support project experience.
• Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet Customer needs, including organization structure, employee data fields, workflows, and business rules.
• Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet Customer needs, including Sub Modules for Time Management & Benefits
• Support activities, such as system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
• Lead or participate in system integration efforts, ensuring seamless data exchange between SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
• Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions.
• Work with the Product Manager & IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration, data integrity, and system performance
• Document system configurations, processes, and user guides for reference and future enhancement

Technical Experience:

1)Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution

2) Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices.

3)Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and workflows
