Must Have Skills

• \" Extensive hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, including senior technical-lead or technical solution-architecture responsibility.
• Strong expertise in object-oriented ABAP, enhancement frameworks, reports, interfaces, conversions, forms and workflows within complex SAP landscapes.
• Strong knowledge of modern SAP development technologies such as ABAP for SAP HANA, CDS views, AMDP, RAP, OData, APIs, Fiori/UI5 integration, ABAP Cloud and SAP BTP extensibility.
• Working knowledge of relevant SAP low-code/no-code capabilities and the judgement to select between standard, pro-code, side-by-side and low-code/no-code approaches.
• Demonstrated experience defining ABAP standards, clean-core guardrails, design patterns, reusable components and technical templates.
• Strong experience with technical solution design, code reviews, performance analysis, debugging, custom-code remediation and upgrade-impact assessment.
• Good knowledge of application integration patterns and SAP technologies including IDoc, RFC, BAPI, proxy, OData, API, event and file-based interfaces.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, written communication and decision-making skills across business, technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to influence and work effectively with global, cross-functional teams and external partners.

Good to have additional skills ( not Mandatory but desired ) .

• Experience participating in or advising CAB/change governance forums and evaluating production changes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, SAP BTP extension services and clean-core transformation programs.
• Knowledge of SAP application lifecycle and development quality tools such as ATC, SCI, ABAP Unit, transport analysis and custom-code migration tooling.
• Experience in a regulated or validated environment, preferably life sciences, pharmaceuticals or manufacturing, including GxP and audit considerations.
• Relevant SAP, TOGAF, cloud or enterprise architecture certification.\"
