Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking SAP SuccessFactors PM/GM professionals for areas including PMGM, Succession and CDP modules with 5-10 years of experience. The role is based in Pune and requires strong client interaction and end-to-end implementation experience.

The candidate should be proficient in Goal Management, HR processes, and AMS support. A proactive, self-motivated attitude and ability to manage multiple projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• BE/BTech/MBA/MCA full-time education.
• Good to have SAP Certification.
• Self-motivated, proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and provide recommended solution for their Appraisal and Succession process.
• At least 3 end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors PMGM/Succession & CDP modules.
• Familiar with latest Goal Management module.
• Gather and analyze the clients' business requirements.
• Configure/design SuccessFactors or related systems based on HR best practices.
• Lead documentation for release/refresh activities.
• Strong on customer handling role.
• Handle AMS customers independently for PM/GM/SC/CDP modules.
• Knowledge and experience in TIH.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation projects.
• Experience in Workzone.

Education

Experience – 5-10 years

Location : Pune
