Job summary

YASH Technologies is seeking SAP (SuccessFactors) PM GM professionals to deliver end-to-end implementations in Pune. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of experience, strong client handling, and experience across PM/GM/SC/CDP modules.

Knowledge of the latest Goal Management module and HR best practices is essential. You will join a dynamic, hyperlearning workplace and work with AMS customers on multiple module implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Business, Engineering or related field.
• BE/BTech/MBA/MCA full-time education required.
• Good to have SAP Certification and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and propose solutions for Appraisal and Succession processes.
• Lead 3+ end-to-end SuccessFactors PM/GM/SC/CDP implementations.
• Be familiar with the latest Goal Management module and related HR processes.
• Gather business requirements and configure SuccessFactors accordingly.
• Lead release/refresh documentation and manage AMS customers for PM/GM/SC/CDP modules.
• Handle customer communications and ensure successful project delivery.

Experience – 5-10 years

Location : Pune

• Understanding of Client requirements and Providing Recommended Solution for their Appraisal and Succession process
• At least 3 end to end implementation of SuccessFactors PMGM / Succession & CDP Modules
• Should be very much familiar with Latest Goal Management Module
• Gather and analyze the clients business. Requirements
• Configure/design SuccessFactors, and/or related systems based on HR best practices.
• Leading the Documentation process for Release / Refresh Activities
• Very Strong on Customer Handling Role
• Should be handle AMS customers independently for PM/GM/SC/CDPmodules
• Knowledge and experience in TIH
• Experienced in End 2 End implementation project
• Experience in Workzone.

Qualifications

• Good to have any SAP Certification
