Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced SAP Solution Architect/Project Manager with proven SAP S/4HANA implementation and solution‑design expertise in major business process streams.

You will design, deliver, and maintain SAP solutions that meet complex requirements and ensure compliant, efficient operations. Lead solution discussions, collaborate with partners, and guide architecture across SAP modules SD/LE, MM, EWM, TM, FI, CO, GTS, EH&S, and non‑SAP integrations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience with SAP applications.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience working in an international environment.
• Demonstrated experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, project delivery and solution architecture.
• Experience leading technical discussions and coordinating internal teams, business stakeholders, and external delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and project delivery of SAP S/4HANA applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, compliant, maintainable, and supportable SAP solutions.
• Lead collaboration with business partners and process architects to identify suitable and sustainable solutions.
• Evaluate solution options, make architecture recommendations, and participate in design decisions affecting the SAP landscape.
• Ensure integration across SAP modules SD/LE, MM, EWM, TM, FI, CO, GTS, EH&S, and non SAP applications.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery, business enhancements, testing, deployment, go‑live, stabilization, and operational handover.
• Maintain compliance with internal process and security requirements and external obligations, including GxP, GDPR, and software licensing requirements.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect/Project Manager with proven SAP S/4HANA implementation and solution‑design experience in at least one major business process stream, such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce, Account to Report, or Inbound to Outbound.
The SAP Solution Architect is responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining state‑of‑the‑art SAP solutions that meet business requirements and support sustainable, efficient, and compliant operations. The role works closely with business‑facing organizations, business partners, process architects, project teams, implementation partners, and operational teams to plan, prepare, execute, and monitor projects and business enhancements.
The role leads solution discussions, contributes to enterprise architecture decisions, ensures effective integration across ERP components, and remains accountable for solution quality throughout the application life cycle.
Key responsibilities
* Lead the design and project delivery of SAP S/4HANA applications.
* Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, compliant, maintainable, and supportable SAP solutions.
* Lead collaboration with business partners and process architects to identify suitable and sustainable solutions.
* Evaluate solution options, make architecture recommendations, and participate in design decisions affecting the SAP landscape.
* Ensure integration across SAP modules SD/LE, MM, EWM, TM, FI, CO, GTS, EH&S, and non SAP applications like OpenText, Loftware, 3PL systems, Tax applications.
* Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery, business enhancements, testing, deployment, go‑live, stabilization, and operational handover.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through high‑quality solution design, application life‑cycle management, reliable project delivery, and effective service introduction.
* Maintain compliance with internal process and security requirements and external obligations, including GxP, GDPR, and software licensing requirements.
* Minimize business disruption during go‑live through robust design, effective testing, cutover planning, operational readiness, and a formal project handover process.

Project delivery
* Define solution scope, dependencies, interfaces, non‑functional requirements, and technical acceptance criteria.
* Review and approve solution designs in accordance with architecture principles, development standards, and established guidelines.
* Support project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
* Ensure that solution documentation, test evidence, operational procedures, and handover materials are complete before production release.
* Support post‑go‑live stabilization and the transition of new or enhanced solutions into operational support.

Change, release, and application life‑cycle management
* Ensure adherence to change and release management processes in line with relevant standard operating procedures.
* Monitor execution of the application life‑cycle management plan for applications in scope.
* Ensure complete and accurate handover documentation is created and approved before production release.
* Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve the SAP application landscape.

Education and professional experience
* Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 12 years of professional experience with SAP applications.
* Minimum of 6 years of experience working in an international environment.
* Demonstrated experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, project delivery and solution architecture.
* Experience leading technical discussions and coordinating internal teams, business stakeholders, and external delivery partners.
* Experience in regulated environments and with compliance‑related requirements is an advantage.
