Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. seeks a Deployment Analyst to drive SAP Enable Now adoption and digital product deployment across the organization. You will create training programs, support deployment activities, and align with the change management strategy to boost user proficiency.

You will design training content for Digital & ERP applications, conduct virtual trainings, coordinate with Product Owners and DevOps, and monitor training effectiveness while supporting OCM initiatives.

About role

Client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deployment Analyst to join our team. This role plays a pivotal part in driving the successful adoption and deployment of SAP applications and digital products across the organization, while also supporting multiple Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives across various business functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training programs, supporting deployment activities, and ensuring alignment with the overall change management strategy to enhance user adoption and proficiency.

Release Management

Key Responsibilities

Training Content Development:

• Design and develop comprehensive training materials for Digital & ERP Applications, including Quick Reference Guides, Web Based Trainings, Business Process Flows, Videos, Business Process Procedures, In Application help using Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) and other various training artifacts.

Training Delivery:

• Conduct Virtual Instruction Led Training (VILT) and Webcast (WC) sessions to train users on various business systems.
• Facilitate Train the Trainer (TTT) sessions for site trainers to equip them with the skills needed to effectively deliver VILT classes, utilizing exercise guides and training data.
• Develop and implement a training schedule and rollout plan to ensure timely delivery of training programs.

Deployment Activities :

• Participate in the planning and execution of deployment activities for Digital & ERP Applications
• Assist in the creation of deployment plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Liaises with Product / Process Owners, DevOps and various stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Monitor deployment progress and address any issues or challenges that arise during the deployment phase.
• Support the development and execution of change management plans and activities to drive user adoption and minimize resistance.
• Design and align training strategy with overall change Management.
• Assess the impact of changes on various business units and develop mitigation plan against the Change Impact.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management activities and training programs.

User Support:

• Resolve training issues by addressing incidents within the framework of Digital Performance Management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, escalating to technical support teams when necessary.
• Gather user feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

Training Document Lifecycle Management:

• Create and update Course Catalog.
• Manage the organization and publication of training documents.
• Analyze user interaction data, adoption trends, and engagement metrics from the DAP platform to identify areas for improvement and provide stakeholders with regular reports highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Document lessons learned and best practices to enhance future change management initiatives.
