Job summary

YASH Technologies is seeking a Technical Support Engineer specialized in SAP Datasphere and Databricks to provide L1/L2 support for global Data & Analytics platforms. Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in technical support or application support roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere (data modeling, integration, connectivity troubleshooting).
• Hands-on experience with Databricks (cluster management, job monitoring, performance tuning).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services (Data Factory, Storage) and Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with ITIL practices and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for SAP Datasphere and Databricks environments, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Monitor data pipelines, jobs, and integrations for failures or performance issues.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, configuration, and data ingestion problems across SAP and Databricks platforms.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
• Maintain and update SOPs for incident handling, escalation, and resolution.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs for ticket resolution and system uptime.
• Collaborate with Data/SAP engineering teams for complex issues and permanent fixes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization in support workflows.
• Document knowledge articles for common issues and resolutions.

Role Overview

Client is seeking a Technical Support Engineer specializing in SAP Datasphere and Databricks to provide L1/L2 support for our global Data & Analytics platforms. Key Responsibilities
