Job summary

Flexing It, a leading Indian home and building solutions company, seeks a consultant for hands-on Sales Acceleration and GTM initiatives. You will work with project leads and business teams to analyze data, solve problems, and drive execution of sales transformation programs.

You will gain exposure to GTM strategy, channel development, retail execution, and influencer management, contributing to pilots and rollout across priority markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in data-driven sales acceleration and GTM initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong Excel and dashboarding skills for management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM and Sales Acceleration initiatives across priority markets, geographies, and sales channels.
• Analyse sales, market, distributor, retailer, and channel data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Support channel and distributor expansion initiatives, including market mapping, partner assessment, and execution tracking.
• Support retail execution initiatives to improve market coverage, availability, visibility, and sales performance.
• Support influencer acquisition, engagement, and management programs to strengthen the influencer ecosystem.
• Support engagement programs for contractors, applicators, architects, and specifiers to drive product adoption and market penetration.
• Develop Excel-based analyses, dashboards, trackers, and management presentations to support business decision-making.
• Support the design, planning, and execution of pilot programs, including tracking outcomes and identifying learnings for broader rollout.
• Track KPIs, milestones, deliverables, action items, and project progress, highlighting risks and dependencies to the project lead.
• Support the development of playbooks, SOPs, process guidelines, and project documentation to enable consistent execution.
• Work closely with business, sales, distributor, and field teams to support implementation, adoption, and change management.
• Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations and actionable initiatives for the sales and business teams.
• Support periodic reviews with stakeholders and contribute to management updates and project governance.
