Job summary

Flexing It is seeking a Consultant – Renewable Energy (C&I) to manage end-to-end bid processes for commercial and industrial renewable energy projects from market research to tender submissions. The role requires coordinating with technical, commercial, legal, and finance teams to compile accurate inputs.

The position is onsite in Delhi for an initial 6 months with extension possible, full-time capacity. The candidate will develop client-facing pitches and maintain bid pipelines to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end bid management for C&I renewable energy projects.
• Ability to prepare and review bid documents and commercial offers.
• Strong coordination with technical, commercial, legal, and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end bid management for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) renewable energy projects — from tender identification to submission.
• Prepare and review bid documents, proposals, and commercial offers in line with client/tender requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis on C&I renewable energy tenders and pricing trends.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to compile accurate and timely bid inputs.
• Develop presentations and reports for internal reviews and client-facing pitches.
• Track and maintain a pipeline of bidding opportunities in RE/C&I space.
• Analyze historical bid data and outcomes to support pricing and strategy decisions.
• Ensure compliance with tender documentation, timelines, and submission protocols.

• Support end-to-end bid management for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) renewable energy projects — from tender identification to submission
• Prepare and review bid documents, proposals, and commercial offers in line with client/tender requirements
