Job summary

TUV SUD South Asia is seeking a Manager-Tendering to lead end-to-end tendering for renewables projects. The role requires strong bid documentation skills and experience with government portals, along with client liaison capabilities and MIS generation.

The position is based at Noida/Gurgaon offices, with a focus on renewables bids across solar, wind, BESS and related technologies. A total of 8 years of experience with 5+ years in bidding is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in preparing technical and commercial bids for renewables.
• Bidding knowledge across government portals and GEM.
• Experience in generating MIS and reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents for renewables sectors - solar, wind, BESS, Pump Storage, Nuclear.
• Coordinate bidding processes and prepare technical/commercial bids.
• Generate MIS and manage business development with government and corporate clients.
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders.

Location: Noida office (sector 142)/ Gurgaon

Position Summary

• Responsible for preparation of tender documents for renewables sectors - solar, wind, BESS, Pump Storage, Nuclear. Prior background. Atleast 5 years of core bidding experience.
• Should have Proficiency in bid documentation, MS Office, Powerpoint, excel, AI platforms, PowerBI
• Responsibility and Authority
• Well versed with bidding process at government/ GEM portals. Preparation of technical and commercial bids.
• Generation of relevant MIS
• Business Development and client liaisoning with government and corporate clients.
• Preparing presentations, MIS, Reports

Education and Experience

1. 1. B.Tech. Civil, Electrical, Mechanical.
2. 2. Total 8 years exp and out of 5+yrs of experience of bidding
3. 3. working with TPIA/PMC will be added advantage.
