Job summary

Flexing It is seeking a results-driven PMO and program management consultant in Delhi to lead multiple workstreams end-to-end. The role emphasizes execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivering programs on schedule.

You will develop project plans, track milestones, manage risks, and provide governance and status reports to leadership, enabling informed decision-making and timely delivery. Candidates should be able to work independently, handle shifting priorities, and communicate clearly

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple program/workstream activities end-to-end.
• Develop and track project plans, milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive execution.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and ensure timely resolution.
• Drive governance, reporting, and performance tracking across workstreams.
• Prepare management updates, presentations, and status reports.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of key actions and deliverables.
• Support leadership in program planning, prioritization, and decision-making.
